30 Days in jail for killing someone is a crime it self. 2 yrs of house arrest means you cannot leave your house for anything so how does he expect to play football. maybe in his basement?

It is unreal how our judicial system works. Our we missing something here? Is there an entirely different set of laws for the celebrities as opposed to the common people? A 30 day jail sentence for killing someone! Here it is folks, true proof about the power of the almighty dollar!

I can't believe that this so called justice is real. The Victims family will have to heal and live with this tragedy. Mr Stallworth gets (in My opinion) a 30 day jail sentence, and suspended? Unreal!

all that money cant buy brains..... i d have a limmo drive me if im goin drinkin all night and i make 5 million plus dollars a year.Save driving my car that costs more than most my fans make in a year, for when i was sober. He deserves what he gets, which probably will be hanging out with m. vick

Remember Pete Rose? He just gambled for another team.Stallworth killed a man. Of course he should be banned from ever playing football again.
Cyndi @ 5:31 PM CDT, Apr 2, 2009
I think he should thur the justice phase of his trial. And should do what ever time he is convicted of. No leadinacy should be given just because he is a football player. He was legally drunk when the accident happened.
joe @ 5:08 PM CDT, Apr 2, 2009
I believe that its not an public opinion whether he plays or not it should be based solely on his contract and if it states in the said contract that the offense he committed is unacceptable than he should be released from the browns henceforth!

The whole ordeal is tragic , I'm glad Stallworth was man enough to stay at the scene of the accident and take responsibility for what happened. I think he should be allowed to play football again, but later. God Bless Both Families.
