You could call it a consolation of sorts for the Indy 500 runner up. Goose The Market has created a new sandwich to honor JR Hildebrand.
The Hildebrand is made with grilled mortadella, a large Italian pork sausage with pistachios. It's topped with grilled leeks and a fruity, Italian cheese.
