Matt Stone was unleashed on the world on May 26, 1971 in Houston, Texas to Gerald Stone and Sheila Belasco. The family moved to Littleton, Colorado when Matt was a young boy.
Matt met South Park co-creator Trey Parker when they were both students at the University of Colorado at Boulder. The two men began collaborating on the student film Cannibal: The Musical, and on several crudely animated cartoons. Their work caught the attention of FoxLab executive Brian Graden, who commissioned them to make a animated Christmas card. The result was The Spirit of Christmas, a short cartoon that featured Santa Claus battling Jesus. The video became the talk of Hollywood and opened the door for Parker and Stone to create South Park.
Matt Stone voices Kyle Broflovski, Kenny McCormick, Gerald Broflovski, Pip Pirrup, Jesus, Jimbo, Phillip, and Big Gay Al.

The now famous, or infamous, short, The Spirit of Christmas, featured Santa Claus battling Jesus and four foul-mouthed third graders who would become South Park's main characters. The Spirit of Christmas led to the creation of South Park two years later and the rest is history.
Parker voices Stan Marsh, Eric Cartman, Mr. Herbert Garrison, Officer Barbrady, Terrance, Timmy, Ned Gerblanski, Randy Marsh, Stuart McCormick, Mr. Mackey, and Mr. Hankey.
