Head writer Liz Lemon (Saturday Night Live vet Tina Fey) struggles to get her sketch-comedy show on the air every week, juggling the fragile egos of insecure diva Jenna (Jane Krakowski), outlandish billionaire Tracy (Tracy Morgan), a hostile writing staff, erratic guests, dedicated and dopey page Kenneth (Jack McBrayer) and overbearing and disconcertingly powerful boss Jack (Alec Baldwin.)
