1. Entry: The WGN America "Scrubs" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 9, 2009 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on November 23, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, go to www.WGNAmerica.com (the "Web Site"), and follow the instructions provided at the Web Site to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 23, 2009. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Multiple entries received from any person or email address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Registrations generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means or which attempt to subvert the entry process, as determined by Sponsor, will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
2. Winner Selection: To enter, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal resident of the contiguous United States, except New York and Florida, at the time of entry. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 20, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified on or about November 24, 2009. The potential winner will be notified by email, telephone, and/or mail and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability, and unless prohibited, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date appearing on prize notification. Travel companion will be required to execute a liability/publicity release. If the potential winner does not return the properly signed documents within seven (7) days of their issuance, is ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these official rules, he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor's discretion, in a drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received.
3. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Abaco, Bahamas. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Treasure Cay International Airport; four (4) nights accommodations for two (2) at Green Turtle Club Resort & Marina (standard room, double occupancy), including one (1) signature welcome cocktail per person. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $2,400). Thirty (30) Qualifying Prizes: Qualifying Prize Winners will receive a copy of SCRUBS Season 8 on Blue-Ray Disc. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Qualifying Prizes: $1,649.70). Total ARV of all prizes is $4,049.70. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel. Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Grand Prize Winner must complete the trip within twelve (12) months from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. All travel is based on availability and certain travel restrictions and blackout dates (including but not limited to one week before and after all federally-recognized U.S. holidays) may apply.
